NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS ALLOWED! ALL SALES ARE EXCHANGABLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO RETURNS ALLOWED, ONLY RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT. ALL SEASONAL AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

PLEASE CHECK FOR DAMAGES AND THIS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 hours of RECEIVING PRODUCT NO EXCEPTIONS! GIFTED ITEMS PERTAIN TO THIS POLICY AS WELL! DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE REPLACED FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM IF OVER $10 RETAIL COST, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. WE DO NOT OFFER A LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON PRODUCTS.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened, unused, and unwashed items within 10 days of receipt of items for store credit only. Items must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached. Items can be returned by mail for store credit only. If you prefer to exchange in stores only, you may do so at either location.

Please note that all sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

To make a return, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns should be sent pre-paid. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or stolen. We will review your return and qualify it as approved if all the above as been fulfilled.

Store Credits- any promos/discounts cannot be combined with store credits. At the time of purchase of past order is of that value and not a discounted value. We only credit based off original price as an even exchange.

Once Milo's Mini Mart has received your return please allow 5-7 business days for processing (store credit- no refunds).
